Young People
Palmerston Place Church offers a variety of activities for children and young people, some on a Sunday morning and others with meetings arranged midweek.
Each Sunday in school term time, except when there is an All-Age Service, the children and young people join in the church service for the first part and then leave to enjoy the group best suited to their age. Creche, Beginners, J-Team, Junior Horizon, BR2J and Senior Horizon all have their distinct identity. Norma would also be delighted to hear from anyone who would be interested in helping on a Sunday morning.
Each week the church is home to our Toddler group which meets on a Monday morning and our Brownie Pack which meets on a Thursday evening.
For teenagers, midweek there is ‘Bridging the Gap’. This group meets on a variety of evenings, roughly once a fortnight. We also welcome students to join us.
