Post-Natal Depression Project
Palmerston Place Church is home to the Edinburgh drop-in centre of the Church of Scotland’s Post-Natal Depression Project, which has been running for over 12 years. The group meets in its own rooms at 8a Palmerston Place, and aims to provide support to women, men and their families with a child under three years of old. It is designed to give mothers and fathers a bit of “space” in an informal, relaxed atmosphere and time to seek advice or take a couple of hours to themselves whilst their children are being cared for. Some members of our congregation offer a hand.
